2003 BMW Z4 Airbag Light and Module Replacement

This client's 2003 BMW Z4 had an airbag light on, I scanned the car and found that the airbag module (SIM) had a "93DB - Step up converter defective" error.

We exchanged the airbag module for a spare that the client brought, which had some water damage and showed other errors, I sourced a tested good used module, later we installed it and changed the VIN in it using Tool32, resolving the "VIN mismatch" error, I then used ISTA to start system time, extinguishing the airbag light.
